In Outlook Express
Open Outlook Express. From the top menu, select 'tools', 'accounts', 'add', 'mail'. This starts up the 'new account' wizard. One is then prompted for the following options (these may vary in different programs).
Display name: Joe Bloggs
Email address: joe@bloggs.co.uk
POP3 server: websend.embossed.co.uk
SMTP server: websend.embossed.co.uk
Account name: joe@bloggs.co.uk
Password: MYSECRET

Your Name (see below). Your display name can be whatever you want people to know you by.
Your email address will have been supplied to you - it is generally similar to yourname@yourwebsite.co.uk
Email Server names: These will have been supplied to you.
Account name and Password must be entered in correctly - they will be case sensitive!
You should have now successfully set up your account!

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: websend.embossed.co.uk
mail server user name: joe@bloggs.co.uk.
Incoming mail server: websend.embossed.co.uk
Mail server type: POP3
